The Venue
The Emirates Stadium is a football stadium in Holloway, London, England. It has been the home stadium of Arsenal Football Club since its completion in 2006 and has a capacity of just over 60,000 seats, making it the fifth-largest football stadium in England by capacity.
The club has won 13 league titles (including one unbeaten title), a record 14 FA Cups, two League Cups, 16 FA Community Shields, one European Cup Winners' Cup, and one Inter-Cities Fairs Cup. In terms of trophies won, it is the third-most successful club in English football.
Our Work
Arsenal asked Rockvolt to review and update their Stadium Operating Plan that forms part of their stadium licensing agreement with the council and the safety advisory group.
The Stadium Operating Plan reviews all of the Club’s matchday operations, documenting them as SOPs and assigning the accountability for over 50 tasks to Club individuals and teams on matchday, allowing them to open and operate safely.

As with all critical matchday procedures within a world class stadium, SOPs and safety measures need to be clear, succinct and easily understood by a wide range of individuals and teams.
The Arsenal FC operations team are highly skilled and experienced, and are more than capable of completing the Stadium Operating Plan in house. However, they understand the importance of having the document reviewed and updated by a multi-stadia experienced consultancy firm to ensure best practise from around the industry is being delivered.
