Another thought provoking and inspiring Conference by Carlisle
The Carlisle Support Services Innovation Lab 2025 was held on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at ExCeL London. The event brought together over 600 senior stakeholders from the security, cleaning, and facilities management sectors to explore innovative solutions and industry advancements.
The conference placed a strong emphasis on sustainability, artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, and complementary technologies aimed at enhancing human-centric operations. Neutral Carbon Zone partnered with Carlisle Support Services to measure the event’s Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions in line with international standards.
Attendees had the opportunity to engage with over 50 exhibitors showcasing cutting-edge solutions designed to improve operational efficiency and deliver cost savings. The event also featured expert speakers covering topics such as AI integration, technological innovation, sustainability, social value, counter-terrorism strategies, workforce reform, and complementary policing.
The Innovation Lab 2025 served as a collaborative platform for industry professionals to share insights, foster innovation, and explore strategies to raise standards and enhance customer experiences across the support services sector.
