Chelsea FC Training Video
To help Chelsea FC employees get a bitesize introduction to the new waste recycling streams being implemented across Stamford Bridge and the CFC estate, Rockvolt worked with the FM, Cleaning and Catering teams to produce a training video that delivered the key headlines, featuring staff from different departments.

When producing the training video we were keen to involve staff in both the script writing and delivery, keeping it as punchy as possible, having some fun and getting the key messages across. The video needs to be relatable to the hundreds of staff that work across Chelsea FC venues day-to-day and on match days.
A longer, detailed presentation was also prepared by the Stadium team with Rockvolt and Suez to fully explain the new waste management process, which was delivered in a series of workshops following the release of the video. Pointedly, the video centres on the key to the new system being a success, by showing staff the importance of getting it right at source.
